  If negative stars were allowed, I would have given the Richmond store negative ten stars.
  
  The manager of the Richmond CA resturant was very rude to customers. When we ate there, he had a verbal fight with us and almost engaged into a physical conflict. The only reason was that he served only 7 free mung bean soups to 8 guests. When we asked for one more, he refused and told us he did not want to waste (because one of us did not come back from rest room). We pointed out his rudeness and unprofessionalism, he became very upset and bully.
  
  We ordered an “扬州炒饭”. The dish never arrived. When we checked after we finished all the food, the manager didn't feel sorry but responded with "what happened is what happened, do you still want it or not". Very bad attitude.
  
  We will request an apology from management team!
